We accept cash & credit/debit cards.  Our online payments are handled by Stripe and Paypal. Booking through home cleaning nyc is safe and secure and we guarantee this.

Note: You may tip our cleaners in cash. Any payments made directly to cleaner are non-refundable and do not count towards your cleaning payment.

Marble Cleaning Service: Pricing based on home size and level of service. Flat rates for number of bedrooms or hourly for custom jobs. View our rates on the Pricing page.

Cleaning Supplies: All necessary products provided except vacuum (unless requested), mop, bucket, or step stool. Specify your preferred product and leave it out for the cleaner.

100% green cleaning teams available. Request in special instructions (time flexibility required). No extra charge.

If no vacuum on site, request in special instructions. Cleaners only carry portable vacuums for mobility during their workday.

Cleaners bring a Swiffer for non-carpeted floors.

At Marble Cleaning Service we love pets. All of our maids are trained to correctly deal with your furry family members.

Repeat customers receive discounts for recurring service: 20% off for weekly, 15% off for bi-weekly, and 10% off for monthly.

No need to be home. Leave a key for entry, in a convenient location like under the mat or at the front-desk.

We assign 1 cleaner to most bookings. If we feel it is necessary to have more cleaners, we will let you know.

Cleaning duration: 1 hour per bedroom estimated, but not limited. Clean until finished for standard homes. Estimate and price may adjust for special cases or large homes.

Our top priority is the safety of our cleaners and customers. Please follow CDC guidelines for reducing the spread of COVID-19. Customers should stay in separate room, cancel or reschedule if feeling unwell, and maintain 6-foot distance.
